The architectural masterpiece known as the Oceans Pavilion, Oceanario de Lisboa, commissioned DLM CORP to construct 4 habitat tanks in early 1997. The design/build consisted of:

1. North American Habitat with puffins and shore birds.
2. Southern Antartic Habitat with pengiuns.
3. Temperate Pacific Ocean Habitat with simulated tide pool.
4. Tropical Indian Ocean Habitat with birds and artificial coral reef.

Each unique tank with above and below water views, surrounded a 1.2 million gallon centerpiece. A sight to see even for the saltiest of veterans to the Aquarium world.

The unusual genesis of Ocean Pavillion took 9 months of prefabrication and 18 months on site. This beauty was unleashed in May of 1998 with a standing ovation. One of our best aquatic works to date.
